Can’t scroll: If you are navigating the map on a tablet or phone and attempts to scroll down the pages of our website which include the map and you find that only the map is responding, ensure your fingers are placed outside of the map box to scroll.
There is no map here: If you are using Google Chrome in private mode, the map will not render. Please visit us again using Chrome or Firefox in regular mode or Safari in regular or private mode.
Error code appears: If an error code appears, this may be because new commits are being made in our Github repository or that the code is broken. Check back for updates.
This point is wrong: There may be (and are) errors in this map both in the contextual historical details and the way these microhistories are categorized. This project is a living document and our frameworks are constantly evolving to better fit the needs of the microhistories it serves. Please be patient while we work to closely read each of the microhistories which appear on this website and craft detailed entries on our archive for each one.
